Time to make a return to the property market.  So lots of us have had those life experiences that now mean that we have been in the property market and then left for whatever reason, however now would like to get back in.

So find some advisors that encourage you to explore your specific situation and needs.  Gather together a trusted group of advisers with the relevant skills that cover off your finance, land and design requirements from there go forth with confidence that your path may not be particularly common or promoted in glossy literature by the big end of town but it is the right path for your home to work to enhance your lives rather than just plugging in to the treadmill and satisfying the big 4 with your weekly payment and cookie cutter solution.
